SANITI is an incorporated, not-for-profit charity organisation. All enrolled students at NMIT are members of SANITI and are entitled to representation and services provided by the Association.

SANITI is your independent non-profit organisation owned by student members and governed by students; the Student President and the Student Executive. SANITI stands for the 'Student Association of Nelson-Marlborough Institute of Technology Incorporated.'

The saniti office is open throughout the year, including semester holidays.
Come by, or contact the office and talk to staff about upcoming events, trips, any study issues, hardships, lost property.. or whatever your concern may be - our door is always open!
Where we are located
SANITI is located in the Student Centre (N-Block) on Nelson Campus. SANITI staff visit Marlborough, Woodbourne, Richmond Campuses and Global Campus Auckland frequently throughout the year.
How you can get involved with SANITI
There are many ways to get involved with your student association, from becoming a member of the Student Executive or a Programme Representative, to volunteering with events and writing articles for the student publications.. there are endless ways to get involved!
